Tulare
Tulare Cycle Park

Track: YES

The track is so large I could not fit it all into one shot. The track continues to the left side of this picture. It seems like the soil is all one color and it is hard to make out the terrain. It’s a very well maintained track…not a weed anywhere. It gets a little dusty at times, so they run the water truck over the track. At least the track stays in good shape all day long. They have a good announcers booth, PA system and bleachers. The pits do not have shade.

This is the TT track (oval) with the kiddie track in the center of the TT track. Again, very well maintained.

Fee: $10

From Highway 99, exit on Paige Avenue in Tulare.

Go West on Paige to the track, about 3 miles.

Track info: (559) 685-0503

They are open 9 -2 (gates open at 8:30). Every so often they let the 60-80cc’s ride the big track, and kick all others off….but not for a long time and not very often.

The track is close to the sewer treatment areas, so there is a weird smell at times but nothing to keep you away. The track is about 20-25 miles closer than Pville I’d guess (my odometer said exactly 60 miles).

NOTE: Riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or have a notarized legal guardian.
